Pursuant to the provisions of Section 109A of the Companies Act, 1956, Members are entitled to make a nomination in respect of Shares held by them. Electronic Clearing Service (ECS)
Members holding Shares in physical form, who wish to avail of the Electronic Clearing Service facility (ECS), are requested to give the mandate in the prescribed ECS Form.
