The Board of Directors, at a Meeting held on November 29, 2007, readopted the Business Conduct Guidelines in lines of Siemens Ltd. and nominated Mr. Ashvin Bhatt, Whole-time Director, Head of Finance & Company Secretary as the Compliance Officer in this regard. Mr. Bhatt is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the BCG in Siemens Medical Solutions Diagnostics Ltd. The Business Conduct Guidelines are globally binding uniform rules of conduct that apply to every Siemens employee including all Directors of the Company.
