Company to hold a Board Meeting to consider closure of Company's Works located at Joka
A Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 16th July, 2002, in addition to the other matters, the matter relating to the closure of Company's Works located at Joka, West Bengal and disposal of the surplus Assets attached to it will be considered.
