A Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 5th March, 2002 to consider, inter-alia, the declaration of Interim Dividend in respect of the financial year ending on 30th September, 2002.

The Record Date for the payment of the Interim Dividend, if declared, will be 26th March, 2002.
