Siemens Ltd. Board of Directors approves Unaudited Financial Results for the 2nd Quarter ended on 31st March, 2002 and declares 30% Interim Dividend
At the Board Meeting held today, the Board of Directors took on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the 2nd Quarter ended on 31st March, 2002.
The Board of Directors has also declared an Interim Dividend of 30% (Rs.3/- per Equity Share of Rs.10/- each) in respect of the financial year ending on 30th September, 2002. 15th May, 2002 has been fixed as the ‘Record Date’ for this purpose. The Interim Dividend shall be paid on 22nd May, 2002.
