Mr. Anil Chopra has been appointed as the Regional Compliance Officer with effect from 22nd February, 2008. Mr. Chopra is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the Compliance Program including Business conduct guidelines, in Siemens Ltd. and also in its subsidiary companies in India.
The Business Conduct Guidelines are globally binding uniform rules of conduct that apply to every Siemens employee including all Directors of the Company.
