Consultancy
Our services aim to help customers improve their business processes right through the value chain covering Generation, Transmission, Distribution and Customer Relationship. We would, for example, study the existing processes relating to the Meter-to-Cash (M2C) cycle and effect business process improvements to enable faster cycle-time.
Implementation of world-class packages
We have the expertise to implement world-class packages such as SAP, i2 and Siebel. The SVM practice helps implement the SAP Industry Specific Solution for Utilities (SAP - ISU). We are also in the process of collaborating with other internationally renowned package vendors in the Utilities industry (such as MRO Software, USA) in order to help implement industry specific solutions. Accordingly, our IT competency centers will assist in the implementation of Enterprise Asset Management, Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) applications, Billing and Collection, and Workforce Scheduling.
Systems Integration
We offer systems integration services, enabling different systems and applications to communicate and share information for business systems, and facilitating integrated utility operation.
We have the required expertise in Billing and Customer Care solutions including Smart Metering / Automated Meter Reading (AMR). We also have the expertise in integration services for Asset Management and Data Warehousing.
Applications Development
We develop custom applications for specific customer requirements. We have also developed several technical tools / applications to assist the Energy industry in technical areas like Network Simulation and Reliability Analysis.
Application Maintenance Support (AMS)
Even as the global Utilities industry undergoes tumultuous changes brought about by deregulation, M&A and consolidation, we realize that disparate systems on varying (and not necessarily compatible platforms!) hold a wealth of information to which the management needs frequent access for strategic and operational reasons. We help integrate these separate islands of information systems by integrating data and mission-critical systems. Simultaneously, we support the implementation of a new, common backbone. While migrating towards the intended common platform, we realize the need to maintain the legacy systems and we provide Application Maintenance support.
