Quality certifications: Our software development processes received ISO 9001 certification in 1996. We got recertified to ISO 9001:2000 recently in 2008. Our processes having achieved SEI* – CMMi® Level 4 maturity entail enormous benefits to the organization and its customers, because of the increased thrust on process definition and improvement. The tools and technologies required for each project/organization get inducted in a systematic manner after a thorough analysis of the same. Also, a high level of predictability in terms of process and product quality is in-built into the system, thereby assuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
